Cancellation and Refunds

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. No Refund Policy

All subscription fees and payments made to snipCast are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Unused subscription time
  • Dissatisfaction with service
  • Technical issues or downtime
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Duplicate payments

3. Pre-Purchase Considerations

Before subscribing, we recommend:

  • Carefully reviewing our service features and limitations
  • Testing our platform thoroughly during any trial period
  • Ensuring you understand the subscription terms
  • Confirming your payment details are correct

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In very rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Such circumstances may include:

  • Billing errors on our part
  • Fraudulent charges
  • Service outages lasting more than 7 consecutive days

Any such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge and will be reviewed solely at our discretion.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In such cases, no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
